Learn about MBA's NFT players and their stats, as well as how you'll be able to bring external NFTs from approved collections into the game.

When building a team on the MBA, you'll be able to collect MBA's signature NFT Players AND bring external NFTs from approved collections (e.g. Gutter Cats or BAYC) into the game by morphing them and turning them into players.

MBA's NFT Players

The original collection of procedurally generated NFT MBA players (both male and female will be included in the game's release). Generated at random from many traits variations (body type, body traits, accessories, etc.). In continuous production, and since the player lifecycle moves players in and out of rotation, with an infinite supply.

External NFT Players

In MetaSports Basketball, the metaverse makes anything possible. That's why you can also bring external NFTs into the game, to use them as players by MORPHING them into one!

You'll need a Morph Card (get them in packs or the marketplace), which will allow you to combine with any NFT from our approved collections to mint as an MBA Player NFT. External NFT players act as any other MBA player. They get skills at random, grow in stats, age, and retire, but can be reset and put back into the game with another Morph Card!

Minting & Stats ⛏️

Players are minted with algorithmically generated statistics and traits that determine the NFTs’ abilities in the game. Physical traits reflect real-world numbers and statistical traits are ranked from 60-99. The traits all will go towards determining a player's overall rating; also out of 99.

These traits apply to both MetaSports NFT players, or external NFTs morphed into MBA players.
